We are a testing center, not a clinic and not a call centre. That focus is deliberate: it means the people who greet you are the people who perform your collection, and they do it all day, every day.

What we hold ourselves to.

Identity is verified before anything is collected
A valid government-issued photo ID is checked at the desk. It is the single most common reason a visit cannot go ahead, and the easiest one to avoid.

Collections follow a documented procedure
The same steps, in the same order, every time — because a result is only as defensible as the collection behind it.

Privacy is the default
Collections happen in dedicated rooms. We do not discuss your visit in the waiting area, and results are released only to the person or organisation authorised to receive them.

We say what we can and cannot do
If a test is not something we handle, or a result may not be accepted for your purpose, we will tell you before you pay rather than after.
