How It Works
Bringing an outside order
If a provider, employer or laboratory has ordered a test and asked you to have the specimen collected, we can usually help.

Call first with the order in hand
Availability depends on the specimen type, the kit required and the laboratory involved. A short call before you travel saves a wasted trip.

Bring the order and your ID
Bring the requisition or order form you were given, any kit that was supplied, and a valid government-issued photo ID.

We collect and document
The specimen is collected, labelled and documented against the order, then packaged for the receiving laboratory.

Results go to the ordering party
Results are released by the laboratory to whoever ordered the test. LMC performs the collection; we do not interpret or issue clinical results.
Please call before you travel. Not every laboratory order can be collected at every site — some require a specific kit, a specific tube or a courier arrangement. One phone call tells you whether we can handle yours today.
